Authentication & Legalization

Document Translation
We can translate any document you wish to translate such as diplomas, marriage certificates, power of attorneys, and work or job contracts from any language to the English language and vice-versa. Our job is done by professional translators whom are registered by the State of Texas as true translators. Please refer to the Pricing List for details. Police Report
We can obtain a certified City of Houston Police Report at you request. Each applicant will need to complete an application and provide a copy of a valid driver's license or a current U.S. passport. International Driver's License
We can obtain a valid international driver's license on your behalf.

Upon the completion of the above requirements, each applicant will be required to e-mail each item to Julie Moudik at julie@samspassportinc.com for processing of the 3, 5 and 10 year IDL's.
One year IDL's will require all original documentation in addition to signed photographs and photocopy of applicant's front and back of his or her drivers license.

Q. What is a visa? And why do I need one.
A. A visa is a stamp that is affixed to a blank visa page in your passport that is required by foreign countries before you are able to enter their territory.
Q. Do I need to send you my passport in order to receive a visa?
A. Yes, your passport must be submitted with the required paperwork and photos in order to obtain a visa for traveling outside the USA. For visa service in Houston, you can drop off your passport at our agency.
U.S. Citizens who are traveling outside the United States by Air, Land and Sea will now be required to carry a U.S. Passport for entry and exit from the United States, please read the information at these two links, Travel.State.Gov and GetYouHome.gov
Each applicant must submit a fully completed Passport/Visa Request Form for all services. This form is necessary in order to begin and complete all transactions.
