Work Visa of FM3
Sam's Passport & Visa will make every attempt to submit your FM3 application on your behalf. In some case, the consulate may request a personal appearance by the applicant.
If you are not a United States citizen, you must present a U.S. permanent resident alien card (green card) or a valid multiple entry U.S. visa and a valid I-94 form with a photocopy.
For some permanent residents and temporary workers in the United States, a special authorization from the National Migration Institute is required. This means henceforth it will take at least three weeks to process and grant their applications.
In most cases, the FM-3 can be issued for up to one year, on a multiple entries basis. It takes 2 working days to issue this document.
If we can not process your application, because of your nationality, or if your company has a subsidiary in Mexico, they must directly request the work permit on your behalf before the National Institute of Migration (Homero 1832, Col. Chapultepec Morales, Mexico, D.F., phone: 011 52 5 55 387-2400, 011 52 5 55 387-2448, 011 52 5 55 387-2449).
